Clean Bree's was founded right here in Midland, Texas — the oil and gas capital of America. Bree started with a simple belief: everyone deserves to come home to a spotless space, and every business deserves an office that reflects their professionalism.
What started as a one-person operation cleaning neighbors' homes has grown into the Permian Basin's most trusted cleaning, lawn care, and property maintenance service. Over the past decade, we've cleaned more than 3,500 properties across Midland, Odessa, and surrounding communities.
We serve everyone from young families and retirees to oilfield offices, laboratories, and man camps. Our real-world reference: SPL Labs — 2 labs, 3 bathrooms, breakroom, 6 offices, and reception, cleaned weekly for $550. That's the kind of transparent, per-area pricing we offer to everyone.
